If you wish to seek repair, or a refund for a product or service, please read our requirements and conditions below before sending back your item(s).
We offer exchanges or store credit of products where we determine (in our sole discretion).
-If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), your item(s) can be returned with 14 days of receipt for returns and exchange.
-Change of mind: we unfortunately do not accept returns or provide refund for change of mind.
-The product(s) are in a saleable condition(unless they are deemed faulty), not used, not worn, undamaged, not tampered with, unwashed and unaltered.
-The product(s) are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact.
-The product(s) were incorrectly described by us on the site.
-Unless deemed faulty, we cannot accept return/ refund or exchange for certain items including earrings or other piercing jewellery due to health reasons.
-Please be aware that products on sale/ or promotion can not be exchange or returned for store credit unless they are incorrect or faulty.
-If a returned item is deemed to have evidence of having being worn or
has been damaged, then you may not be eligible for a return.
