How long does it take for shipping and delivery? 

Your order will be shipped the same, or next, business day. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.

All orders will be delivered by Swiss Post.

Within Switzerland the estimated time of standard delivery is 1-4 working days, and 3-7 working days for Germany, Austria and Lichtenstein.

If you choose Express Shipping option at check out, your parcels will arrive within 1-2 days.

Take advantage of FREE DELIVERY within Switzerland on orders over 49.-

For orders over 49.- you are eligible for free standard shipping.

What if I received my order and it is faulty or incorrect?

We are sincerely apologetic that there is a concern with your order. Please contact our friendly Customer Care for personalized support. (Please quote your order number with your inquiry)

 

What is your return policy?

If you wish to seek repair, or a refund for a product or service, please read our requirements and conditions below before sending back your item(s).

We offer exchanges or store credit of products where we determine (in our sole discretion).

  • If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), your item(s) can be returned with 14 days of receipt for returns and exchange.
  • Change of mind: we unfortunately do not accept returns or provide refund for change of mind.
  • The product(s) are in a saleable condition(unless they are deemed faulty), not used, not worn, undamaged, not tampered with, unwashed and unaltered;
  • The product(s) are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact;
  • The product(s) were incorrectly described by us on the Site
  • Unless deemed faulty, we cannot accept return/ refund or exchange for certain items including earrings or other piercing jewellery due to health reasons.
  • Please be aware that products on sale/ or promotion can not be exchange or returned for store credit unless they are incorrect or faulty. 
  • If a returned item is deemed to have evidence of having being worn or has been damaged, then you may not be eligible for a return. 

SHIPPING AND RETURN COST

  • Customer will be responsible for all original shipping costs or any extra custom cost of sending back item(s) to LITTLE WOMEN.
  • If your item was deemed to be faulty, then you will be entitled to a refund for the return shipping of this item - in this case, we will ask you to provide a receipt for the shipping cost so we can process this for you.

 

THE PROCESS

All you will need to do to start the process is to repackage your items and post them to our returns address as outlined below. We request that a copy of your sales invoice is included, or a piece of paper outlining your order number and reason for the return - to aid us in processing your return.

What are the materials of the accessories?

S925 sterling silver, brass, 316L titanium, freshwater pearls. Most of our accessories are 18 karat, 20 karat gold plated.

Are the accessories hypoallergenic?

All of our accessories are hypoallergenic, but it depends on different body sensitivity.  If you are the extreme sensitive skin type, kindly choose accessories such as s925 sterling silver. It can reduce the risk of allergies.

Is 925 silver waterproof?

Technically, you can wear your 925 sterling silver jewelry in water. It doesn't damage the metal itself. But in prolonged exposure, it will oxidize or tarnish faster than it might over time.

Can I wear the accessories to shower?

We suggest to take them off before showering. The chemicals in soap, shower gel or other liquid other than water can corrode surface coating & can cause fading easily.

About s925 sterling silver:

The material of s925 is soft, it’s not damaged when you found it’s crooked. Just bend it back slightly & it will turn back to the normal look.

 

PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE

How to take care your costume fashion jewelry? Here are our tips that will help you in the long term.

  1. Always keep your jewellery clean by avoiding any exposure to water, creams, lotions, perfume, oils and other substances that can be harsh to the items. Make sure to take off your favourite pieces before washing your hands, or applying any perfume, or lotion.
  2. Avoid showering or swimming with your jewellery or wearing them in saunas or hot areas.
  3. Always keep items stored separately in a sealed box, plastic bag, or a soft pouch to help prevent tarnishing, tangling, or damage.
  4. When you notice any discoloration from residue or other foreign matter on your jewellery, wipe the area with a piece of cotton fabric to restore them to a clean state.
  5. To keep items looking their best, give them a break every now and then. Fashion jewellery will retain their looks better if you wear them on occasion not every day. By doing that, you can avoid discoloration on your pieces, as well as giving them a break to try something new ;). However, if you wish to have a daily basic jewelry piece, check out our handmade pieces which are plated in gold, which keep its colour in longer term. Otherwise have a couple pieces on-hand will mean keeping good rotations between a few of your favorites!
  6. Remember to take off items before sleep. Let them rest in that box or soft pouch you bought for them. :)
